Night at the Tavern 2008 was a night to remember! Over two hundred guests joined us for the evening to honor the contributions of lesbian mother and comedienne Judy Gold and the founders of R Family Vacations, Kelli O’Donnell and Gregg Kaminsky. At the same time that we celebrated how far we have come in the fight for full family, we also reflected on how far we have to go. Our Executive Director Jennifer Chrisler retold some of the tragic stories we hear every day as we work with families across the nation; she used them to highlight the importance of continuing our important work together. Supporters in the room that night responded by helping us raise over $100,000 to fund our programs that support all loving families!
