Internship Opportunities

  • Fall 2014 Digital Communications Intern - DC Office: The Digital Communications Intern is an integral member of the Communications team.  This unpaid internship involves assistance with external communications and marketing efforts as well as research of and outreach to traditional mass media and digital media outlets.  Success in this position requires highly developed organizational skills, the ability to problem solve independently, a team-oriented mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills. 
  • Spring 2015 Executive Internship, Community Event - Boston Office (preferred but not required): The Executive Interns are an integral part of the Program Team within Family Equality Council and play a critical support role in each of the events and activities that will be coordinated during this internship period - such as conducting community outreach, event planning and execution, fundraising research, overseeing materials, writing and publishing content to promote events and activities, and drafting and designing event materials.
