Rainbow Families is the Midwest office of Family Equality Council. Previously one of the strongest local LGBT family organizations in the country, Rainbow Families joined the Family Equality Council in June of 2008. Rainbow Families continues to provide local programs to the LGBT families, extended family members and allies in the upper Midwest region while also joining Family Equality Council in its efforts to secure family equality in all 50 states.

Sign up now for one or both fun-filled weekends for LGBT families at Pilgrim Point Camp in beautiful Alexandria, Minnesota. Both weekends will feature all your favorites: family meals, campfires, crafts, swimming, games and the annual family talent show.

You will fill out our online form to register for the event and then fill out a paper form and send it in with payment for lodging and meals. Both are required to complete your registration.

Safe Schools for All: Stephanie's Testimony On March 18, 2009, Stephanie Hazen gave testimony to the Senate Education Committee on the Safe Schools for All bill during the bill's first committee hearing. Stephanie, a gay mom, is also the National Training & Advocacy Manager for Family Equality Council, based in Rainbow Families, our Midwest Office.
