Greetings from Family Week 2008 in Provincetown, MA!
Family Week officially commenced this past Saturday, July 26 and
runs until August 2.
The Family Unity & Pride Parade was amazing! Hundreds of LGBTQA
families from across the country marched to celebrate our families.
It was a beautiful experience. Here are a few pictures:
The Multicultural Gathering was delightful (but wet!), and an
impromptu slip and slide ensued for the children. Kara Suffredini,
Director of Public Policy, threw on a bathing suit and joined in on
the fun.

For the first time ever, we organized our Welcome Picnic on the
beach by region. Families really enjoyed mixing and mingling and
soaking up some sun.
Today is the first day of our youth and adult programming… stay
