The Connecticut Supreme Court will hand down its ruling in
Kerrigan v. Commissioner of Public Health, the equal
marriage case, at 11:30am. This decision could grant equal
marriage rights to same-sex couples in Connecticut, which currently
has civil unions.

The Family Equality Council is monitoring developments closely and
will update you as soon as we have new information.
Gay and Lesbian Advocates and Defenders (GLAD), our neighbor here
on Winter Street in Boston, has announced a rally with Love Makes a
Family, the statewide LGBT political organization in Connecticut,
at the state house at 5:30pm tonight, whether the decision is
favorable or not. If you live in Connecticut or nearby, we
encourage you to attend the rally and experience this momentous
occasion together!
