prepping for the 10th annual Rainbow Families Camps, as well as
family-focused events at Minnesota Pride Festivals. Read on to
learn more about camps and prides!
Rainbow Families Camps — Registration
Launched!
Sign up now for one or both fun-filled weekends for LGBT
families at Pilgrim Point Camp in beautiful
Alexandria, Minnesota. Both weekends will feature all your
favorites: family meals, campfires, crafts, swimming, games and the
annual family talent show.
Click here to download a worksheet that will show you what
accommodations and fees will look like for your family. Then
click here to register. You will fill out our online form to
register for the event and then fill out a paper form and send it
in with payment for lodging and meals. Both are required to
complete your registration.

Minnesota Pride Activites for LGBT Families
March with Family Equality Council in the Twin Cities Pride
Parade!
Date: Sunday, June 28
Time: Arrive between 10:00-10:30 am, parade
starts at 11:00 am
Location: We will meet at Marquette Avenue and
3rd Street South
Wear your t-shirts, decorate your strollers & bikes, show your
colors and make families visible at this great event. Get there
early to get face painted and to decorate a sign!
Visit Family Equality Council in the Family and
Children’s Area at Twin Cities Pride Festival!
Dates: Saturday and Sunday, June 27 and 28
Location: Loring Park, Minneapolis
Time: Booth open 10:00am – 6:00pm
Visit us in the Family and Children’s area near the playground and
swimming pool (east side of the lake off of Willow Street). Family
fun activities, arts & crafts, and celebrate with PRIDE.

Pack a picnic basket and join your family and friends for this FREE
evening at the beautiful Lake Harriet.
Twin Cities Pride Festival Concert
Date: Saturday, June 27
Time: 1:00pm
Location: Rainbow Stage, Twin Cities Pride
Festival, Loring Park, Minneapolis
They will be singing some songs from the Radio Disney “canon”.
They’re all basic, pop, top-40 sounding things, but some of the
lyrics are quite sweet and energizing. A special thanks to Peter
Vitale for directing this year’s choir.
