The Midwest Office has been in a flurry of activities this Fall. We
celebrated Halloween with our traditional Halloween Dance, we
attended a Cosmic Bowling event at the Park Tavern &
Entertainment Center in St Louis Park, and on Dec 4 we hosted a
cookie bake and exchange at Bolder Options. It has been fun to meet
many new families at each of these events. I especially enjoy
meeting prospective parents; I love that they are building their
support prior to childbirth!

We are still looking for Midwest Advisory Council Members and
welcome applications. The application can be found on our website
www.familyequality.org/midwest. The MWAC is hosting a meet and
greet at Wilde Roast Café on Monday, December 27, 5:30-7:30. Stop
by to learn more about the Council and how you can join (bring
friends, too!).
I’m looking forward to some great winter events for our families.
In addition to our Young Families monthly potluck, we will have
