Maryland Marriage Equality Supporters Hope to Break Losing Streak

photo courtesy of Huffington PostMarriage equality supporters in Maryland are looking to make Maryland the first state to pass a state referendum in favor of same-sex marriage.  Since 1998, 32 states have held votes on same-sex marriage and all states have opposed it.  

Maryland is one of four states that will vote on same-sex marriage this November. Opponents of marriage equality expect to be outspent in all four states.
