Black History Month- Colleen Taylor

Throughout the month of February, Family Equality Council is celebrating Black History Month by honoring the accomplishments, contributions, and lives of LGBT Black Americans, past and present. 

 

Colleen Taylor- Executive Vice President, Capital One Bank. Taylor has worked in the world of finance for over two decades. After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, she worked at JP Morgan Chase and Wachovia. Since 2009, Taylor has been the head of treasury management with Capital One. She has been open about her sexuality throughout her career, and has spoken publicly about the responsibility executives and leaders have to “inclusion and diversity” in the workplace.
