2022 National Corporate Sponsorship Opportunities

Family outside on bleachers

Family Equality exists to create a world where everyone can experience the unconditional love, safety, and belonging of family.

We advocate for systems of service and support that are free of discrimination.

We seek to maximize opportunities for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ+) youth needing permanency and LGBTQ+ adults seeking family formation through adoption and foster care.

LGBTQ+ people are raising children and seeking to become parents in every state.

Future and existing LGBTQ+ families span geography, socio-economic status, faiths, race and ethnicities, abilities – about every intersection of identities.

Our 2019 in-depth research study showed that 63%—or nearly 3.8 million—LGBTQ+ millennials are considering expanding their families in the coming years.

We need to ensure that they have the information and resources necessary to address the financial, legal, and social hurdles they face in forming and sustaining their families.

The Benefits We Offer

Family Equality has a significant and growing reach with email, social media, and website traffic.  In the past year alone, we’ve reached up to 2.2 million families on Instagram and average a reach of 330,000 families on Twitter every month. We currently have around 50,000 regular followers across our social media channels; we average around 50,000 page views per month on our website, and we regularly check in with our 33,000 email subscribers.

National Corporate Sponsorships follow a January 1st – December 31st calendar to maximize the partner’s inclusion in events and opportunities. Family Equality seeks partnerships that are mutually meaningful for our organization and the brand – but most importantly for our community.

Learn More About Our Work

11 States allow adoption & foster care agencies to turn away qualified LGBTQ+ parents.

This state-sanctioned discrimination reduces the number of homes available to the more than 400,000 youth in foster care and imposes significant dignitary harm on LGBTQ+ families.

1 in 3 youth in foster care identify as LGBTQ+.

We promote the best interests of all children in the child welfare system by fighting for the passage of the John Lewis Every Child Deserves a Family Act, which prohibits discrimination against LGBTQ+ youth and prospective parents.

72% of LGBTQ+ people say they are more likely to support pro-LGBTQ+ companies.

Our community is diverse, digitally engaged, and intentional about the businesses they support. With your help, we are poised to achieve great things going forward.
