Brandon Gill (he/him) is currently the Executive Vice President, Operations for Family Equality, having previously served as the Director of Human Resources and People Operations beginning in April 2022. In his present role, he oversees daily operational practices and systems to support an efficient and effective organization, implementing management strategies, recommending technology and process improvements, and administering the strategic plan, staffing, and performance evaluations.
Prior to joining Family Equality, Brandon’s 17+ years in management includes having served as the Chief of Staff for the nonprofit agency overseeing the scholarship and savings program for all of New York City public schools and, previously, as a Director of Operations for several social justice and educational organizations. He earned his B.A. in Economics and B.A. in Public Policy at Brown University and his M.Ed.in Education Policy and Management at Harvard University’s Graduate School of Education.
Born and raised in New York, Brandon lives in Pennsylvania with his husband and their eight-year-old beagle mix.
