Ever is Family Equality’s Database Manager and a self-proclaimed data nerd and lover of systems. He brings a decade of experience with database management and administration at nonprofit organizations.
Leveraging his knack for data and systems, and a passion to help others, Ever has worked tirelessly to support communities he loves and is part of. Prior to joining Family Equality, Ever managed the IT operations and CRM database for Race Forward, helping to propel racial justice movements from the inside-out. Ever began his work with non-profits at The New York City Anti-Violence Project, where he had the privilege of managing data to advocate for LGBTQH survivors of violence and coordinated a 24-hour crisis hotline.
Ever currently resides in New York City with his handsome cat, Papi. He loves crossword puzzles, art and is working on learning American Sign Language and riding the unicycle.
